Compounded GLP-1 · Updated June 5

Compounded GLP-1 by medication.

Every US telehealth program in our chart that prescribes compounded GLP-1, indexed by the specific compounded formulation. Useful if you already know whether you want compounded semaglutide or compounded tirzepatide and need to pick the program from there.

A note on safety. Compounded GLP-1 medications are prescribed under medical necessity. The compounding pharmacy chain matters: every program below uses 503A or 503B facilities under US state pharmacy-board licensure. We are publishing the underlying pharmacy chain per program as a separate page (in progress, see in the lab).

As of 2026, compounded GLP-1 prescribing has narrowed. The FDA removed semaglutide from its drug-shortage list in February 2025 and tirzepatide in October 2024. Many programs that once offered compounded have exited the category. The programs below are the ones that remain active. Cash-pay prices run from roughly $178 to $349 a month for semaglutide and $278 to $549 for tirzepatide. For pricing context across the full market, see the GLP-1 cost guide and the best compounded GLP-1 programs ranked list.
