We log every program's headline maintenance price at each Monday check, so a price move is on the record rather than lost between editions. Tracking since May 2026. 4 weekly checks so far, 5 headline prices moved.
Before we tracked: the 2025 compounding cliff
Our weekly log starts May 2026, but the prices people remember came earlier. Through 2024 and into early 2025, compounded semaglutide ran about $99 to $199 a month by telehealth. The FDA declared the shortage over in February 2025, and the window for compounding closed on the April 22 and May 22, 2025 deadlines. The market split: branded Wegovy self-pay near $499 to $599 a month, or the compounded survivors that still run cash today.
One verified example. Mochi's archived June 2025 pricing showed $49 membership plus $99 medication, about $148 all-in. Today it is $178.

Every program, every drug, May 2026
Maintenance pricing per drug per program. Sorted by drug (compounded first, then branded), then by price ascending within each drug. “Maintenance” means the target therapeutic dose, not the introductory teaser. Lock-in is contract length to avoid full price. Branded prices under $150/mo are insurance-copay rows and live in the downloadable CSV, not in the chart below.
38 verified cash-pay price rows across 18 programs. Branded prices are cash-pay (no insurance applied). Compounded prices are from 503A pharmacies via the program. For per-program sub-scores (pricing, cancellation, onboarding, medication, member outcomes), see the downloadable CSV or each program's profile page.

The CSV includes every program, every drug, the maintenance price, lock-in months, overall score, and five sub-scores (pricing transparency, cancellation terms, onboarding, medication options, member outcomes), plus the last-verified date.
Every price in this index was verified against the program's published pricing page (or, where the program lists tiered dose pricing, the published target-dose tier), re-checked weekly. When a program's site blocks automated access, we confirm the published figure through a web search of the program's own materials. We do not create accounts or make any purchase to gather these numbers. If a price is a range, we report the range. Where a program operates a separate cash-pay rail and an insurance-routed rail, we report the cash-pay number; insurance copays are excluded because they depend on plan terms, not program terms.

How often this updates
Prices are re-checked against each program's published pricing every Monday. The Price Index dataset (CSV + PDF) is refreshed on the first Monday of each month, with the file name carrying the month tag (this edition: glp-chart-price-index-may-2026). For the moment-by-moment view, the table above always reflects last Monday's price check.
