Every Monday we re-verify all 25 programs against their published pricing. This is the dated record of what moved, week by week. When a week had no material change, we say so plainly.
One real price move this week. Noom Med restructured its full-dose GLP-1Rx plan so the $129 figure is now the first-supply price to get started, and the ongoing maintenance price is $249 per month billed quarterly. Because the chart tracks the ongoing maintenance price, the Noom Med headline moved from $129 to $249. The other 24 programs were re-verified against their published pricing and every chart headline held. Carried watch items: the WeightWatchers 6/30/26 promo cliff, Embla still B2B-only with no individual price, and the Lifeforce medication line still has no published figure so its all-in stays an estimate.
Noom MedNoom's own pricing page now reads '$129 to get started' then '$249/mo after the first 4-week supply (billed quarterly)' for full-dose GLP-1Rx. The $129 is now the intro, not the recurring rate, so the tracked ongoing headline rose to $249. A third-party review listed $279; Noom's published page at $249 is the source we used. ($129/mo (treated as ongoing maintenance) to $249/mo ongoing maintenance ($129 to start))

No material price changes this week. All 25 programs re-verified against their published pricing and every chart-headline price held. One correction: WeightWatchers Clinic's listed intro price was updated to $25/mo for the first 3 months, matching the program's own published pricing; the tracked headline of $99/mo is unchanged. Notable near-misses caught by re-verification: third-party sites listed Noom Med full-dose at $279/mo, but Noom's own pricing page confirms GLP-1Rx is still $129/mo, so it was left unchanged; Henry Meds, Eden, Medvi and Lemonaid all re-confirmed at their existing figures.
WeightWatchers ClinicWeightWatchers' own Clinic pricing page and the Sequence/WW Med+ help center both list the 12-month plan intro as $25/mo for the first 3 months, then $74/mo. We corrected the listed intro price to match. The tracked chart headline of $99/mo ($74 ongoing membership plus roughly $25 insurance copay) is unchanged. The 6/30/26 promo end is the bigger watch item. (Listed intro $55/mo for the first 3 months to Listed intro $25/mo for the first 3 months, then $74/mo (promo ends 6/30/26))

A quiet Monday with three small fixes, no headline maintenance price moved enough to change a chart row. Hims trimmed its first-month membership intro from $49 to $39. Knownwell's old .com domain pivoted to a B2B SaaS, so the chart link was corrected to knownwell.co. Embla was re-confirmed as employer-only (no individual checkout). A second afternoon pass caught Found restructuring to a single all-inclusive plan and NovoCare adding a $149/mo Wegovy oral tablet.
Hims & HersHims cut the first-month membership intro by $10, from $49 to $39. Sub-threshold: the maintenance headline ($298/mo all-in) is unchanged, so no chart row moved. ($49/mo first-month membership intro to $39/mo first-month membership intro)
KnownwellKnownwell's .com domain now resolves to a B2B SaaS company; the healthcare site moved to knownwell.co. The chart link and logo domain were corrected. No price change. (site_url knownwell.com to site_url knownwell.co)
EmblaEmbla's only consumer path is a 'join as an individual' footer link that loops back to the homepage. Re-confirmed as structurally B2B (employer-sponsored). Flagged for an editorial delist decision; the row stays live with no public individual headline price. (listed with an individual price to re-confirmed employer-only, no individual checkout)
