The monthly check-in doubles as your own progress log. Pooled with others, your answers build a patient-side record of what these drugs cost and do.

What we use this for: we segment the Monday price report by insurance situation, so Aetna patients see Aetna prior-authorization changes and cash-pay readers see cash prices. Your answers stay on our side; no program in the chart ever sees them.

Research panel (optional): later in the survey we ask if you want to join our patient panel. That is a separate opt-in. The Monday price report works without it.
