One real price move this week. Noom Med restructured its full-dose GLP-1Rx plan so the $129 figure is now the first-supply price to get started, and the ongoing maintenance price is $249 per month billed quarterly. Because the chart tracks the ongoing maintenance price, the Noom Med headline moved from $129 to $249. The other 24 programs were re-verified against their published pricing and every chart headline held. Carried watch items: the WeightWatchers 6/30/26 promo cliff, Embla still B2B-only with no individual price, and the Lifeforce medication line still has no published figure so its all-in stays an estimate.

Noom MedNoom's own pricing page now reads '$129 to get started' then '$249/mo after the first 4-week supply (billed quarterly)' for full-dose GLP-1Rx. The $129 is now the intro, not the recurring rate, so the tracked ongoing headline rose to $249. A third-party review listed $279; Noom's published page at $249 is the source we used.
